All coaches, assistant coaches, managers, and volunteers affiliated with Empire United, MUST complete both a US Club Soccer (USCS) and a New York State West Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) risk management application.  The process for applying for both passes is very simle.  Select the links to the left, for application instructions.

The Risk Management passes for both organizations are valid for two years.  If you think you have a valid pass, but aren’t sure, please contact the Club Registrar, Gail Begley.
